How is the image applied?
We use our own patented embedding machinery to lock the image deep in beyond the surface. The image is literally “INCASED”. We guarantee the image will not fade or rub off.
Is my image going to rub off ?
No your image has been embedded into the case using our patented technology. We work with plastics experts to insure the best quality.
Will my accessories still work with the case?
Yes the cases are slimline and made with docks/headphones/power supplies in mind. As far as we know there are no custom cases available as accessible as ours.
What are the cases made from?
Our cases are produced using plastics formulas that we have created to be both impact resistant and flexible yet still be a solid plastic case. We have created this plastic to do just that.
How do I fit my new case?
All of our slim line range are clip fitting. Simply line up and insert the side of the phone with the buttons and the other will clip in when pushed down.
Can I still buy a case outside of the UK?
Yes we produce around the world and will ship anywhere and everywhere. See the dropdown options on the location scroll down on the checkout. Non UK orders will be charged a small additional fee to cover this cost.
How can I become an INCASED artist?
We encourage everyone and anyone to send artwork in and we will always take a look. What we are always searching for is something a bit different and stands out yet still highlights the great quality of our cases.

Will my case look exactly as I design?
Yes we developed our technology to produce photographic quality onto our cases. We recommend 300dpi to see the full effects of what we can achieve but we do except lower.
The positioning of the case will be correct to within 0.5mm.
Our embedding system wraps the image around the sides so we can only produce text along the sides via email orders as positioning will need to be adjusted.
