Hello, I am a freelance graphic designer currently based in the South West of England, deep in the heart of the Somerset county. The place with the tractors and cider. Its not all Tractors and cider, but thats how people know of it! I recently graduated from the University of Glamorgan in Cardiff with a BA (Hons) in Graphic Communication and now I cannot see myself working in any other type of job. I am a big fan of design and without it the world would not look like it does today.
I am really influenced by music and that is pretty much how I got into designing. I started my venture in the world of design some years back when I was asked to create some local gig poster designs. After getting a sense of achievement and enjoyment whilst producing these posters it created a passion within me for the design and creative world. Today, I work full time as a freelance graphic designer and I feel I have built a very respectable client list which includes the likes of Universal Records, Monster Energy Drink and Lucid PR Group to name a few.
I really do like intelligent design and feel the best examples of intelligent design lie in logo design and branding. You really can start from scratch and build magnificent work through an intelligent and interesting answer to a brief. If i’m not designing I am usually listening to music, playing/watching football and you can occasionally catch me on the ol’ XBOX 360. I say occasionally, maybe a little bit more!
